Commercial Coordinator
Judy is a highly organized coordinator who is passionate about streamlining processes and helping her team and the entire organization with any need or project. She has been the point of contact for onboarding several new hires during her years with Pollard & Bagby. Some commercial coordinator highlights include: entering new leases and renewals, posting accounting charges (i.e., move-in charges and taxes, insurance, water, CAM, and miscellaneous charges), and sending bills (i.e., commission invoices). She coordinates with the accounting department and occasionally works with the collections department. Creating reports, analyzing reports, and disseminating reports with weekly discussions for teamwork collaboration ensures accuracy and efficiency of data and tenant management alike. She works daily and weekly with property marketing and updates to the internal marketing section of AppFolio software, and also coordinates the deals by Pollard & Bagby, sending them to be announced in our two regional industry real estate venues.
As the commercial coordinator, Judy brings her positivity and focus to her job for consistent results. She enjoys coordinating events such as group attendance at external conferences or bringing in guests for meetings. As a real estate agent since 2023, she is still learning the project management side and the agent role while gaining valuable hands-on experience with the commercial team.
When Judy is not working, she enjoys time with her family, granddaughter, and her dog Teddy.
