Commercial Coordinator

Judy joined Pollard & Bagby, Inc. as the Commercial Coordinator in the Fall of 2021 to support the team in all commercial transactions and liaison on CoStar for the marketing activities and property searches. She has strong problem solving and time management skills plus a positive attitude.

Commercial activity highlights are inputting the following:

• listing and management agreements plus new properties and units
• updating agent production reports
• drawing up new and renewal lease documents & lease abstraction/recordation into Appfolio software
• charges for tenant taxes, insurance, and water/sewer
• CoStar research and reporting to agent/brokers
• coordinating the billing and tracking of commissions due; collaborating with collections and the accounting department
• administrative duties of working with a team; including generating reports (Excel and Appfolio software reports), creating templates, collecting each tenant’s certificate of insurance, and multiple other in-house projects

Judy is currently pursuing her real estate license. When she is not working, she enjoys her family and pet dog (Teddy), traveling and being active outdoors.
