Residential Leasing Agent

As a native Richmonder, Kathleen attended Virginia Commonwealth University. She was the owner and operator of “Point of View” custom windows and interiors where she worked out of her home while raising her family. In February of 2013 she changed her career and went to work for a local property management company where she moved up very quickly obtaining her Real Estate License.

In October of 2015 Kathleen became a part of the Pollard and Bagby team. Kathleen has an insatiable desire to help others, whether it is a prospective tenant or the owners that she represents. This desire combined with strong work ethics and dedication have resulted in her receiving Richmond Association of Realtors’ highest achievement award for Top Ten Agents in both 2016 and 2017.
