A lifelong Richmond resident, Lebs Breeden serves as an Associate at Pollard & Bagby, Inc. specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and property management. He focuses on office, industrial, and retail properties, bringing over eight years of hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Pollard & Bagby, Inc., Lebs worked in sales at Joyner Commercial and as a Research Analyst with CoStar Group in Richmond, VA.

Lebs is a graduate of James Madison University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Political Science. Lebs holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a recognized mark of expertise in commercial real estate that reflects advanced proficiency in financial, market, user-decision, and investment analysis. His background in the service industry has shaped his client-first approach, marked by a strong attention to detail and a commitment to responsive, personalized service.

Outside of work, you can usually find Lebs on a trail, logging miles on a run, on the golf course, or spending time with family, friends, and his Bernese Mountain Dog.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Political Science from James Madison University.
