Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Property Management Associate

Life-long resident of Richmond, Lebs Breeden is an Associate with Pollard & Bagby working in commercial sales, leasing and property management. Within the industry, Lebs specializes in office, industrial and retail product types. Lebs brings over six years of experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked in Sales with Joyner Commercial and as a Research Analyst with the CoStar Group, Inc. in Richmond, VA. As a graduate of James Madison University, Lebs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a minor in Political Science. With many years of prior experience in the service industry, Lebs brings a customer-focused mentality with a strong attention to detail for each client. Outside of work, Lebs enjoys the outdoors hiking, distance running, and spending time with his family, friends, and Bernese Mountain dog.
