Director of Commercial Services



Scott heads up the Commercial Services Division of Pollard & Bagby, Inc. The Commercial Services Division make up an experienced team of brokers, property managers, maintenance staff and a coordinator assistant to offer our clients a full-service approach to property care. Scott is also an active broker engaged in management in leasing and sales transactions of office, retail, industrial and land properties. 

Prior to his association with the firm, Scott was a Senior Vice President with Harrison & Bates/Colliers for almost 35 years. He was a sales and leasing broker primarily selling and leasing office and free standing industrial properties in the Richmond area. For more than twenty years in a row, Scott received the Distinguished Achiever Award for high level production from his company and this Richmond Association of Realtors. 

Scott has worked with all levels of government and such regional and national companies as The Great Western Financial Group, The Pitman Company, Seagrams, Bank of America, Dames and Moore, Pinkerton Security, Verizon, Coates and Davenport, Institute for Professional Development, Colonial Insurance of California, Getty Realty, Insight Global, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Frito-Lay, National M.S. Society, Wells Fargo, IBM, Xerox, Tredegar Industries, Farmers Insurance, Northrop Grumman, Tandy Corporation, Lumber Liquidators, and Atlantic Union Bank.

Scott is an active Society Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has served in the past as Secretary of the Virginia Chapter. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and a 2011 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.
